The coffee we are drinking today is the modern take on a history that dates back to 1966. When Dionisio Bazzara created a small artisan roastery in Trieste, a city considered to be the Italian Coffee Capital. Between a drum session with friends and a wild ride on his motorbike – yes, he was a cool guy – Dionisio took over “La Brasiliana – Industria Triestina del Caffè”, managed today by the family’s third generation. The Bazzara family has been in the coffee industry for more than 50 years now, yet our style never gets old. We pair traditional coffee processes with a modern and fun approach. | |
