☺Marco ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der sich sehr um seine Gäste kümmert und für alles ein offenes Ohr hat.
Die Zimmer wurden dem Preis absolut gerecht. Es gab Decken für wärmere und Decken für kältere Nächte (im Schrank). Sehr zentral gelegen und gut erreichbar. Nur die zur gleichen Zeit dort übernachtenden hat es wohl ein wenig irritiert, dass wir erst – und wie in Italien üblich- um 22 Uhr gegessen haben. Haben uns dann in der Küche harsch aufgefordert, wir sollten doch gefälligst ein bisschen leiser sein. Aber sowas dem Gastgeber als schlechte Bewertung rein zudrücken ist einfach nicht gerechtfertigt.
Marco is a very friendly and helpful host, who cares a lot about his guests and is open for everything.
The rooms were absolutely fair to the price. There were blankets for warmer nights and blankets for colder nights (in the cupboard). Very centrally located and easily accessible. Only those who stayed there at the same time were probably a little irritated that we did not eat until – and as usual in Italy – 10 pm. Then we were asked in the kitchen to be a little quieter. But it is simply not justified to give the host a bad evaluation for that situation. ☺Gentilezza di Marco di permetterci lasciare il bagaglio per 3 ore dopo il checkout, anche se al inizio è sembrato rigido per gli orari check-in e che out. Posizione centrale e ben servita, sicuramente comoda per visitare centro Palermo a piedi. La cucina è fornitissima di tutto compreso la cucina a gas ed il frigorifero, sicuramente comodi per medie-lunghe permanenze. Biancheria pulitissima, come anche del resto del appartamento. Bagno completo di tutto, anche bidè.
☹Troppo rumoroso, si sente tutto da fuori e soprattutto dentro l’appartamento. Per fortuna eravamo soli in quelle 2 notti e siamo stati fortunati.
La stanza senza alcuna finestra, che sicuramente peggiora la percezione di starci dentro. Non c’era menzionato nella descrizione della soluzione sul booking. Tutte le altre stanze bagno compreso avevano l’apertura alla luce del sole. Avrei preferito avere il bagno come una tomba ma non la stanza. Le stanze sono separate dalle portefinestre. E la camera nostra era separata dalla scala di ingresso con una finestra oscurata – zero insonorizzazione in entrambi direzioni. Moris 12/10/2020 Verificata Superb Anonymous 07/10/2020
